Fur’Dore is a division of MadMooze Manufacturing LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from furdore.com (the “Site”).

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

For Professional/Wholesale Accounts: We additionally collect business verification data, including Tax IDs (EIN), Resale Certificates, and Professional License numbers to verify eligibility for trade pricing.

Payment Information Security

We DO NOT store, retain, or have access to your full credit card numbers, bank account details, or CVC codes on our servers. All financial transactions are processed directly through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. Your payment data is encrypted and tokenized according to the strictest PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).

Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services (only if you have opted in).

SECTION 3 – WE DO NOT SELL YOUR DATA

Our Commitment: We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, trade, or license your personal information (including your email address or customer history) to third-party data brokers, marketing firms, or advertisers.

We only share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use WordPress/WooCommerce to power our online store and Stripe to process your payments.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
