This website is operated by Fur’Dore, a division of MadMooze Manufacturing LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Fur’Dore and MadMooze Manufacturing LLC. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS & DATA SECURITY

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Payment Processing & Data Privacy

We utilize secure third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) to handle all financial transactions. We do not store, retain, or have access to your full credit card or billing information on our servers. All billing data is processed directly by the payment provider via encrypted channels. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

SECTION 3 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 4 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Methods & Carriers: Ground Shipping Only
Due to the nature of our products (alcohol-based perfumery), all Fur’Dore fragrances are classified as “Limited Quantity” goods. In compliance with federal regulations, we ship exclusively via Ground services.

Primary Carrier: UPS Ground (Default). UPS provides daily hazardous materials (LTD QTY) pickup from our facility.
Secondary Carrier: USPS Ground Advantage (By Request Only). Choosing USPS adds 1 business day to your processing time for manual drop-off.
Delivery Time: 2-5 business days (Continental US).

2. Package Quantity Limits
To comply with federal shipping regulations for consumer commodities:

Max Limit: Each shipping box may contain a maximum of 5 bottles (500mL total).
Multiple Packages: Orders exceeding 5 bottles will be automatically split into multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers.

3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination zone, and number of boxes. Orders of 2 or more bottles qualify for FREE Standard Ground shipping.

4. Shipping Destinations
We ship exclusively to the contiguous United States. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, or international destinations due to Ground-only restrictions.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

SECTION 7 – PRODUCT SAFETY, USAGE & LIABILITY

1. Ingredient Transparency & Allergies
Fur’Dore formulates products using ingredients listed clearly on our website. We cannot guarantee that your specific pet will not have a reaction to a chemical or ingredient. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the ingredient list and consulted with your veterinarian.

2. Strict Prohibition: Small Animals (The “Reality Check”)

WARNING: Fur’Dore products are STRICTLY PROHIBITED for use on rabbits, ferrets, hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, and other small exotic pets.

The Science: Small animals have highly sensitive respiratory systems. Any particulate matter—including water spray, essential oils, or perfumes—can cause life-threatening pneumonia or respiratory stasis.
Liability: MadMooze Manufacturing LLC assumes NO LIABILITY for injury or death resulting from the use of our products on small animals. Users agree to never spray these products on or near small pet cages.

3. Species-Specific Safety (Dog vs. Cat)
Our products are clearly labeled regarding safety for specific species.

Dog/Horse Only Products: Products containing Amyris, Cardamom, Guaiac Wood, or Grapefruit Extract are safe for canines and equines but must not be used on cats.
Feline Approved Products: Standard formulations (3% oil concentration) using cat-safe ingredients only.
Misuse: You agree that you are responsible for reading the safety label on each bottle. MadMooze Manufacturing LLC is not liable for adverse reactions caused by using a “Dog/Horse Only” product on a cat or other non-approved species.

4. Usage Instructions
Fur’Dore products are highly concentrated and not intended as a bathing agent.

Topical Application Only: Apply only to the back of the head or neck to prevent licking.
Use Sparingly: Recommended dosage is 2-3 pumps max for medium/large animals.
Sensitive Areas: Strictly avoid contact with eyes, open wounds, mouth, and genitalia.

5. Mandatory Patch Test
You agree to perform a “Patch Test” before full application: Apply a small, diluted amount of product to a small area of your pet’s skin and wait 24 hours to monitor for redness or irritation.

6. Assumption of Risk
By purchasing and using Fur’Dore products, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with their use, including the risk of serious injury, allergic reaction, or death.

SECTION 8 – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

8.1 All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products (consumable liquids), Fur’Dore does not accept returns or exchanges.

Once a bottle leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its purity or safety if returned. Therefore, all sales are final. Please try a sample or “Petit” size if you are unsure about a scent before committing to a full bottle.

8.2 Damages & Replacements

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your package arrives significantly damaged by the carrier, we will replace it.

Report within 48 Hours: Email support#damages@Furdore.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Evidence Retention: Customers must retain all original packaging and the damaged product for carrier inspection. Claims cannot be processed if the packaging is discarded.
Documentation Required: Please include high-quality photos of both the damaged box and the product, as well as the confirmed date and time of delivery.
Winter Shipping Notice: Our products contain 30% SDA Alcohol. While this provides a low freezing point, the product may slush or freeze if exposed to temperatures below -20°F. If your bottle arrives extremely cold, do not worry. Simply let it thaw at room temperature and shake gently. The scent and safety remain unaffected.

8.3 Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the event of a lost package (confirmed by carrier) or a damaged item that cannot be replaced. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

SECTION 9 – USER COMMENTS & FEEDBACK

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.

SECTION 10 – PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 11 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 12 – PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts, or to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights.

SECTION 13 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall MadMooze Manufacturing LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

SECTION 14 – INDEMNIFICATION & HOLD HARMLESS

You agree to indemnify, defend, and HOLD HARMLESS MadMooze Manufacturing LLC and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

You specifically agree to hold us harmless from any liability regarding adverse pet reactions, misuse of the product, or failure to follow safety/species guidelines.

SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

SECTION 16 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
