Pro Account Agreement
For Professional Groomers & Stockists | Last Updated: January 2026
By applying for and using a Fur’Dore Professional Account, you (“The Buyer”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions in addition to our standard website Terms of Service. These terms govern the purchase of goods at wholesale/professional pricing.
1. ELIGIBILITY & VERIFICATION
Pro Accounts are reserved for licensed groomers, veterinary clinics, and authorized retailers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate business documentation (EIN, Resale Certificate, or Business License) upon request. We reserve the right to revoke Pro status at any time if accreditation cannot be verified.
2. RESALE RESTRICTIONS (NO AMAZON/EBAY)
STRICTLY PROHIBITED: To protect the integrity of the Fur’Dore brand, you are prohibited from selling our products on third-party marketplaces including, but not limited to, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart.com, or Poshmark.
Products purchased via a Pro Account may only be sold through your privately owned brick-and-mortar location or your own dedicated business website.
3. MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE (MAP)
If you resell Fur’Dore products to your clients, you agree not to advertise them below the current MSRP listed on FurDore.com. Discounting products below MAP devalues the brand and harms other partners. Violations will result in immediate account termination.
4. PROFESSIONAL USE & LIABILITY
You acknowledge that you are a professional trained in animal grooming. Fur’Dore is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from:
- Improper dilution of concentrates.
- Application on animals with pre-existing skin conditions without vet approval.
- Failure to follow species-specific safety warnings (e.g., Cats vs. Dogs).
5. RETURNS & DAMAGES
Unlike retail orders, Wholesale/Pro orders are Final Sale unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Claims for damaged goods must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
Wholesale pricing, formulation sheets, and “Pro-Only” product availability are confidential business information. You agree not to share your pricing tier or login credentials with third parties.
