📦 Ground Shipping Only

Due to federal hazmat regulations for alcohol-based perfumery, all Fur’Dore products must ship via Ground services only. Air transport is strictly prohibited.

CARRIERS & METHODS

Primary Carrier: UPS Ground (Default)
UPS is our preferred partner as they provide daily hazardous materials (Limited Quantity) pickup directly from our facility, ensuring the fastest processing times.

Secondary Carrier: USPS Ground Advantage (By Request Only)
If you require USPS delivery (e.g., for PO Boxes), please note that this selection adds 1 business day to your processing time, as these packages must be manually transported to a USPS facility for drop-off.

PACKAGE QUANTITY LIMITS

Federal Limited Quantity (LTD QTY) Rule:

To comply with shipping regulations for consumer commodities:

  • Max Limit: Each shipping box may contain a maximum of 5 bottles (500mL total).
  • Multiple Packages: Orders exceeding 5 bottles will be automatically split into multiple shipments. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each box.

SHIPPING RATES & FREE SHIPPING

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on total package weight, destination zone (distance from our facility), and the number of boxes required.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Standard Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Weekend & Holiday Policy: Orders placed on weekends or observed holidays are processed starting on the next business day.

Important: Due to carrier pickup schedules, shipping occurs one business day after our return to normal operations. (e.g., An order placed on a Monday holiday will typically ship on Wednesday).

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

  • Email confirmation with UPS (or USPS) tracking number(s)
  • Direct link to track your shipment
  • Real-time updates on delivery status

INTERNATIONAL & NON-CONTIGUOUS SHIPPING

At this time, Fur’Dore ships within the contiguous United States only. Due to federal Ground-only restrictions for Limited Quantity (LTD QTY) commodities, we cannot ship to:

  • Alaska and Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories
  • Canada, Mexico, or any foreign countries

No foreign orders are accepted at this time.

RETURNS & DAMAGES

ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the nature of our products (consumable liquids), Fur’Dore does not accept returns or exchanges. Once a bottle leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its purity or safety if returned.

Damages & Replacements
Our premium bottles are designed to be secure and durable. However, if your package arrives significantly damaged by the carrier, we will replace it.

  • Report within 48 Hours: Email support#damages@Furdore.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Required Evidence: You must retain all original packaging and the damaged product for carrier inspection. We cannot process claims without these materials.
  • Documentation: Please provide high-quality photos of the damaged external packaging AND the damaged product, along with the date and time of delivery.
  • Winter Shipping Notice: Our products contain 30% SDA Alcohol. While this provides a low freezing point, the product may slush or freeze if exposed to temperatures below -20°F. If your bottle arrives extremely cold, do not worry. Simply let it thaw at room temperature and shake gently. The scent and safety remain unaffected.
